Start Page Clicks is owned and managed by Case of Success, established June 2000 and based in Vancouver, Washington USA. Since our first published website we continue to bring business website owners online resources and services resulting in successful internet advertising. Start Page Clicks is our latest public development.

Similiar to many entrepreneurs, we started with 3rd-party services, a free sub-domain and many affiliate programs. Even though we now own dozens of domains and offer many of our own independent brand of services, we keep in mind that people can use all the free quality services available, especially when it comes to advertising.
With the growing popularity of startpage exchanges, we saw a definitive need for entrepreneurs to maximize potential traffic results available by using them. Directly focusing on manual startpage exchanges and the need for gaining referrals for the vast collection of program options, we spent much of winter 2003-2004 planning and developing an effective solution.
The result of our collaborative efforts is the Start Page Clicks System, released in March, 2004, purposefully developed to provide an easy to use, spam-free method of building downlines and therefore website traffic for users of startpage exchanges.
